RGM Properties is a Family Limited Partnership formed by Rex Messick and his wife, Glenda, to own and manage the properties and buildings of Chapel Hill Commons and Chapel Hill Commons Section Two. The property is located on Nashville Highway, just South of Chapel Hill, Tennessee, and just North of Henry Horton State Park.

The original track of land was purchased in the year 2000 and Chapel Hill Commons was developed for the 25,000 sq ft Rex’s Foodland on Lot 1. Rex’s Foodland opened on November 3, 2004.

An 8,000 sq ft building was added to the right of Rex’s Foodland and leased to Family Dollar Stores of Tennessee, which opened October 6, 2005.  A 6000 sq ft building was added in 2006 on the left of Rex’s Foodland to include three 3 suites for lease.  Endless Summer Tanzs & Video was opened in the 1st suite in Febuary, 2007.

The front of the property is divided into three out partials which are all sold. A strip of shops on Lot 2 include a Domino's Pizza and a Day Spa. The Sonic opened in November, 2005, on Lot 3. First Commerce Bank opened in September, 2005, on Lot 4.

Additional property purchased in 2003 on Nashville Highway joining Chapel Hill Commons to the North, is divided into 4 out partials called Chapel Hill Commons Section Two.

Lot 1 of Chapel Hill Commons, Section Two was sold to and developed by David Jent Realtor, for a real estate office and two additional rental spaces.

Lots 3 and 4 were purchased  in 2006 and a strip of shops/office building developed by John Chun.  H & S Parmacy and Chapel Hill Family Medical moved from their downtown location to this strip in 2007.

Currently, Lot 2 is available for development. RGM Properties will sell, lease or build to suit.

305 South Horton Parkway, previous home of Rex’s Foodland is sub-leased to Chapel Hill Hardware.
